Maukq & Company is an impact intelligence and facilitation business that connects industry with schools for measurable STEM and community projects. Our website provides information about our services and a way for organisations and schools to request partnerships.

Submissions do not create a legal contract with Maukq a formal agreement will be made in writing if both parties decide to proceed (e.g., via MOU or Service Agreement).

Any proposals, pilot offers or service quotes we provide are subject to a written agreement signed by both parties. Fees, scope of work, timelines and deliverables will be set out in our Service Agreement or proposal. We may require a deposit to confirm scheduling. All fees are stated in South African Rand unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, frameworks, templates) is owned by Maukq & Company or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission. If you provide materials to us (for example, logos or images), you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us a licence to use them for the purposes of service delivery.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid to Maukq in respect of the relevant project.

Payment terms for services will be set out in the relevant Service Agreement. For pilots or projects, a deposit is normally required to secure scheduling. Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms of the signed agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you breach these Terms. If a service agreement is terminated, work performed to date will be invoiced per the agreement.
